Hi, I'm Michaelle

A creative at heart and perfectionist by nature, a mom, a wife, and someone who will gladly fall down a rabbit hole in the name of making sure every corner is left unturnt.

I started MADLAB Creative because I believe small businesses deserve the same opportunity to be seen as anyone else. A compelling brand identity, a smart marketing strategy, and creative that actually connects should not be a privilege. It should be accessible, intentional, and built for you.

With a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington and years of digital experience spanning multiple industries, I have developed a deep understanding of what makes a business truly work. Being bi-racial and multilingual in English, Spanish, Thai, and Laos has only deepened that, giving me a unique ability to connect with people across cultures and understand what resonates on a human level.

I don't just work on brands. I breathe life into them.
